Chase Utley returned to the lineup tonight and had a great game hitting 3 for 5 with a Home Run and an RBI. Utley's Home Run came in his first at bat and it put the Phils up 1-0. It was a great first night back for Chase and I am really happy to see my hero back in action.
Unfortunately the bullpen pitched terrible and lost the game 11-7. The Phils were down 8-2 in the 6th inning before they started to make a comeback. They cut the lead to 8-7 in the top of the 8th inning before the Pirates added three more runs. The Phils go for the series win tomorrow afternoon before heading to Miami for a weekend series against the Marlins. Go Phils!!!
