The Phils ended their three game losing streak with a 9-8 win. It wasn't the most impressive of wins but a win is a win. Jim Thome continues to impress at the plate with a Home Run and four RBIs. John Mayberry Jr. also had a Home Run and four RBIs. Cole Hamels got his ninth win of the season even though he wasn't as sharp as he's been in past starts. Jonathan Papelbon also got his 17th save. Papelbon is 17 for 17 in save attempts. Joe Blanton pitches tomorrow for the series win. Go Phils!!!
