Game 70: Rockies (25-41) at Phillies (32-37)

Hi everybody,

Here is the score of tonight's game:

Colorado Rockies:            6
Philadelphia Phillies:        7

WP:   Jonathan Papelbon (1-2)

Hunter Pence gets two RBIs (42)
Michael Martinez gets three RBIs (4)
Jimmy Rollins gets an RBI (20)

Michael Martinez gets a Home Run (1)

What a comeback win by the Phils!  Down 6-5 in the bottom of the 9th...the Phils started the comeback with two outs.  Ty Wigginton got a single followed by a RBI double by Hunter Pence.  The Rockies then intentionally walked Carlos Ruiz.  Shane Victorino got an infield single to load the bases for Placido Polanco.  Polanco proceeded to win the game by reaching 1st base due to a fielding error by Rockies first baseman Todd Helton.  Helton did not have his foot on the bag so Polanco was declared safe after an infield hit. Polanco did not get an RBI due to the Helton error but the win is far more important.  The Phils go for the series sweep tomorrow with Vance Worley on the mound.  Go Phils!!!

Talk to you soon,
Little Chase
