The Phils lose the first game of the doubleheader 3-2. Cole Hamels pitched well for seven innings, leaving the game with a 1-0 lead. The 1-0 lead was because of Jimmy Rollins solo Home Run in the six inning. It was Rollins 3rd Home Run in as many games. Antonio Bastardo entered the game in the 8th inning and proceeded to give up a three run Home Run. The Phils managed to add another run in the bottom of the 8th but that was all. The Phils try for the split in about twenty minutes with Cliff Lee on the mound. Go Phils!!!
