MLB Cancels Remainder of Spring Training and Delays Start of Regular Season

Hi everybody,

Major League Baseball cancelled the reminder of Spring Training and delayed the start of the Regular Season earlier today due to the threat of the Coronavirus.  The Regular Season delay is for at least two weeks (mid-April) but could be much longer depending on the severity of the virus.  Hopefully it will not be too serious and things will quickly return to normal.  In the meantime, please stay safe.

Manny Trillo Selected as 2020 Phillies Wall of Fame Inductee

Hi everybody,

The Phillies announced earlier today that former second baseman Manny Trillo has been selected as the 2020 Phillies Wall of Fame inductee.  The ceremony will occur on Saturday, August 8th during both Alumni Weekend and the 40th anniversary celebration of the Phils first World Series title.  Trillo played on the Phillies from 1979-1982 where he won two Silver Slugger Awards, three Gold Glove Awards and the 1980 World Series title.

Congrats, Mr. Trillo!
