J.P. Crawford Placed on the DL

Hi everybody,

Phillies shortstop J.P. Crawford was placed on the 10-day DL (Disabled List) yesterday (June 20th) with a broken left hand.  The injury occurred during Tuesday night's game (June 19th) against the St. Louis Cardinals.  Crawford is expected to be out of action for 4-6 weeks.  Phils minor league player Mitch Walding has been called up to take Crawford's place on the 25-man roster.

J.P. Crawford Returns from the DL

Hi everybody,

Phillies shortstop J.P. Crawford was reactivated from the DL (Disabled List) before yesterday's (June 6th) game against the Chicago Cubs.  Crawford has been on the DL since April 29th with a strained right forearm.  Mitch Walding was sent back to Triple A to make room for Crawford on the 25-man roster.

Pedro Florimon Placed on the DL

Hi everybody,

Phillies infielder Pedro Florimon was placed on the 10-day DL (Disabled List) yesterday (May 30th) with a fractured right foot.  The injury occurred when he hit a foul ball into his foot during his at-bat in the 1st inning of Tuesday's (May 29th) game against the Los Angeles Dodgers.  Phils minor league infielder Mitch Walding has been called up to take Florimon's place on the 25-man roster.
