Hi everybody,Phillies infielder Pedro Florimon was placed on the 10-day DL (Disabled List) yesterday (May 30th) with a fractured right foot. The injury occurred when he hit a foul ball into his foot during his at-bat in the 1st inning of Tuesday's (May 29th) game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Phils minor league infielder Mitch Walding has been called up to take Florimon's place on the 25-man roster.
