Justin Bour Returns from the DL

Hi everybody,

Phillies bench bat Justin Bour was reactivated from the DL (Disabled List) on Monday (September 3rd).  Bour has been on the DL since August 23rd with a left oblique strain.  Welcome back, Justin Bour!
