The Philles have made several roster moves earlier today.  The following players club options were declined:

-- Jason Vargas (Left Handed Starting Pitcher)

The following players were removed from the 40-man roster:

-- Jerad Eickhoff (Right Handed Starting Pitcher)
-- Phil Gosselin (Infielder)
-- Mike Morin (Right Handed Relief Pitcher)
-- Blake Parker Right Handed Relief Pitcher)
-- Edubray Ramos Right Handed Relief Pitcher)

All eight players are now free agents and can sign with any team.
