Aaron Nola Signs Contract Extension With Phillies

Hi everybody,

The Phillies announced earlier today that starting pitcher Aaron Nola has signed a four-year $45 million dollar contract extension through the 2022 season.  The new contract also includes an additional $16 million dollar option to keep Nola for the 2023 season.  Congrats on your new contract, Aaron Nola!

Throwback Thursday (2-7-19)

This week's Throwback Thursday moment is from several years ago and is when my good friend Ann Onymous got me some cream filled doughnuts from McMillan's Bakery.  Little did I realize at the time was my pal was using those delicious treats to bribe me into giving her access to my blog to publish her Ladies Night posts.  In retrospect...I shouldn't have given access up for a couple cream doughnuts but I'm weak and those doughnuts were amazing.
