Gettysburg Photo of the Month (January 2018)

Hi everybody,

This month's photo is  a view of the back of the Virginia Memorial as well as the area where Pickett's Charge was launched on July 3rd, 1863.  The photo was taken early in the morning and you can still see mist on the battlefield.

Jim Thome Selected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame (Class of 2018)

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to congratulate former Phillies First Baseman Jim Thome for his recent selection to the National Baseball Hall of Fame (Class of 2018).  Thome played with the Phils from 2003-2005 and again for one half season in 2012.  Thome was also added to the Phillies Wall of Fame in 2016.  Congrats again, Big Jim!!!

Philadelphia Eagles Are the 2017 NFC Champions

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to congratulate the Philadelphia Eagles for their NFC Championship win over the Minnesota Vikings this past Sunday (January 21st).  With this win, the Eagles advance to Super Bowl LII against the New England Patriots on Sunday, February 4th.  Go Eagles!!!

Eagles may be underdogs again but they will be ready for the Patriots...
