Hi everybody,Phillies center fielder Ben Revere was placed on the DL (Disabled List) earlier today. Revere broke a bone in his right ankle in his last at bat in the 1st game of yesterday's double header against the Chicago White Sox. He is expected to miss 6 to 8 weeks. For now, John Mayberry Jr. will take over for Revere in center field. With the MLB Trade Deadline fast approaching, it is suspected that the Phillies will be looking to trade for a center fielder. Let's hope than Revere returns soon and I wish him well in his recovery.
