Phillies relief pitcher Pat Neshek was placed on the 10-day DL (Disabled List) on Friday (May 24th) with a right shoulder strain. It is not know how long Neshek will be out. Neshek has been replaced in the bullpen by Triple A pitcher J.D. Hammer.
