Phillies starting pitcher Jerad Eickhoff was placed on the 10-day DL (Disabled List) on Monday (June 17th) with right bicep tendinitis. It is not known at this time who will replace Eickhoff in the starting rotation. Triple A relief pitcher Edgar Garcia has been brought up to take Eickhoff's place on the 25 man roster.
