Throwback Thursday (3-31-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's Throwback Thursday moment is from another time that I was hanging out with Daryl Dixon of The Walking Dead.  Instead of killing walkers or looking for supplies...we decided to play some catch.  I don't know if people know this, but Daryl can throw a pretty mean knuckleball.

Chase Utley Photo of the Week (3-30-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's photo was taken a few years back when Chase was recovering from an injury and playing some rehab games with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.  I wonder if Chase got to wear the IronPigs bacon cap during the game.

Throwback Thursday (3-24-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's Throwback Thursday moment is from the 2011 Christmas season.  One of my friends got a Kindle Fire and was showing me how it worked.  He even pulled up a awesome website to show me.  :-)

Chase Utley Photo of the Week (3-23-16)

Hi everybody,

This week pic is a painting of Chase that I found online.  It's a very cool likeness of my hero and I'm glad that I am able to share it with all of you.

Gettysburg Photo of the Month (March 2016)

Hi everybody,

This month's Gettysburg photo was taken by my friends in 2010 on Culp's Hill.  This is a pic of the monument to the 20th Connecticut Volunteer Infantry Regiment.

Throwback Thursday (3-17-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's Throwback Thursday moment was just a shot of me from 2011 just chilling out and eating some popcorn.  I bet that I'm thinking about the Phils.

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy St. Patrick's Day!  I hope you are all having a fun and safe day!

I am also continuing my yearly St. Paddy's Day tradition of including this cool Irish song from The Pogues!!!  Enjoy!

Throwback Thursday (3-10-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's Throwback Thursday moment occurred in August 2012 on Hunter Pence Bobblehead Night at the ballpark.  This was a few weeks after Hunter was stupidly traded to the San Francisco Giants for basically nothing. It was cool to get this collectible but I still wish that Hunter was a Phillie.

Chase Utley Photo of the Week (3-9-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's photo is an older pic of Chase from at least 2008 when Pat Burrell was still playing for the Phils.  It appears that Chase and Pat are waiting in the dugout to go up to bat.  Hope they both got hits.

Throwback Thursday (3-3-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's Throwback Thursday moment is from last July when my friends and I decided to make some jambalaya and bread pudding.  It was part of our Cajun night extravaganza where we listened to some Zydeco music and reminisced about our trip to New Orleans in September 2014.  That jambalaya and bread pudding sure were tasty.  I need to have another Cajun night soon so I have an excuse to eat some more great New Orleans dishes.

I bet I could eat this in one sitting...
Bread pudding time...

Chase Utley Photo of the Week (3-2-16)

Hi everybody,

This week's photo is a pic of my hero Chase talking to reporters either before or after a game.  Chase seems pretty happy so I'm guessing that the interview went well.
