Hi everybody,Meant to post this a few days ago so sorry for the delay. Utliity infielder Kevin Frandsen was sent down to the Triple A Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs on Sunday (March 23rd) but instead of accepting the assignment, Frandsen decided to become a free agent. He subsequently signed a contract with the Washington Nationals on Wednesday (March 26th). I enjoyed Frandsen during his time with the Phillies and wish him well in Washington...except when the Nats are playing the Phils!
